940641c3cc Add SST ingestion to ldb (#4205)
Summary:
We add two subcommands `write_extern_sst` and `ingest_extern_sst` to ldb. This PR avoids changing existing code because we hope to cherry-pick to earlier releases to support compatibility check for external SST file ingestion.

3fa9a39c68 Add GetAllKeyVersions API
Summary:
- Introduced an include/ file dedicated to db-related debug functions to avoid making db.h more complex
- Added debugging function, `GetAllKeyVersions()`, to return a listing of internal data for a range of user keys. The new `struct KeyVersion` exposes data similar to internal key without exposing any internal type.
- Migrated the "ldb idump" subcommand to use this function
- The API takes an inclusive-exclusive range to match behavior of "ldb idump". This will be quite annoying for users who want to query a single user key's versions :(.

97005dbd5d tools/check_format_compatible.sh to cover option file loading too
Summary:
tools/check_format_compatible.sh will check a newer version of RocksDB can open option files generated by older version releases. In order to achieve that, a new parameter "--try_load_options" is added to ldb. With this parameter set, if option file exists, we load the option file and use it to open the DB. With this opiton set, we can validate option loading logic.

ebd5639b6d Add ability to search for key prefix in sst_dump tool
Summary:
Add the flag --prefix to the sst_dump tool
This flag is similar to, and exclusive from, the --from flag.

--prefix=0x00FF will return all rows prefixed with 0x00FF.
The --to flag may also be specified and will work as expected.

These changes were used to help in debugging the power cycle corruption issue and theses changes were tested by scanning through a udb.

38e1d7fea3 ldb to support --column_family option
Summary:
Add an option --column_family option, so that users can query or update specific column family.
Also add an create column family parameter to make unit test easier.
Still need to add unit tests.

Test Plan: Will add a test case in ldb python test.

b1a3b4c0d0 Make ldb automagically determine the file type and use the correct dumping function
Summary:
This set of changes implements the following design: `ldb` will utilize `--path` parameter which can be used to specify a file name. Tool will then apply some heuristic to determine how to output the data properly. The design decision is not to probe the file content, but use file names to determine what dumping function to call.

Usage examples:

Understands that path points to a manifest file and dumps it.
`./ldb --path=/tmp/test_db/MANIFEST-000023 dump`

Understands that path points to a WAL file and dumps it.
`./ldb --path=/tmp/test_db/000024.log dump --header`

Understands that path points to a SST file and dumps it.
`./ldb --path=/tmp/test_db/000007.sst dump`

Figures out that none of the supported file types are applicable and outputs
an appropriate error message.
`./ldb --path=/tmp/cron.log dump`

Test Plan:
Basics:

git diff
make clean
make -j 32 commit-prereq
arc lint

More specific testing (done as part of commit-prereq, but can be iterated separately when making isolated changes):

make clean
make ldb
python tools/ldb_test.py
make rocksdb_dump
make rocksdb_undump
sh tools/rocksdb_dump_test.sh

cef6f84393 Added 'dump_live_files' command to ldb tool.

Given DB path, dump all SST files (key/value and properties), WAL file and manifest
files. What command options do we need to support for this command? Maybe
output_hex for keys?

1e4375d2ef Task #3071144 Enhance ldb (db dump tool for leveldb) to report row counters for each row type
Summary: Added an option --count_delim=<char> which takes the given character as delimiter ('.' by default) and reports count of each row type found in the db

Test Plan:
1. Created test in file (for DBDumperCommand) rocksdb/tools/ldb_test.py which puts various key value pair in db and checks the output using dump --count_delim ,--count_delim="." and --count_delim=",".
2. Created test in file (for InternalDumperCommand) rocksdb/tools/ldb_test.py which puts various key value pair in db and checks the output using dump --count_delim ,--count_delim="." and --count_delim=",".
3. Manually created a database with several keys of several type and verified by running the command
   ./ldb db=<path> dump --count_delim="<char>"
   ./ldb db=<path> idump --count_delim="<char>"

8a48410f09 Enhance the ldb tool to support ttl databases
Summary: ldb works with raw data from the database and needs to be aware of ttl-database to work with it meaningfully. '-ttl' option now tells it that. Also added onto the ldb_test.py test. This option may be specified alongwith put, get, scan or dump. There is no support to provide a ttl-value and it uses default forever because there is no use-case for this currently.
