Merlin Mao f6437ea4d7 Refactor TraceAnalyzer to use TraceRecord::Handler to avoid casting. (#8678)
Summary:
`TraceAnalyzer` privately inherits `TraceRecord::Handler` and `WriteBatch::Handler`.

`trace_analyzer_test` can pass with this change.
