Peter Dillinger 4d1ac19e3d aggregated-table-properties with GetMapProperty (#7779) 
Summary:
So that we can more easily get aggregate live table data such
as total filter, index, and data sizes.

Also adds ldb support for getting properties

Also fixed some missing/inaccurate related comments in db.h

For example:
