Summary: Some FIFO users want to keep the data for longer, but the old data is rarely accessed. This feature allows users to configure FIFO compaction so that data older than a threshold is moved to a warm storage tier. Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/pull/8310 Test Plan: Add several unit tests.
