Summary: This gives users the ability to examine the map populated by `GetMapProperty()` with property `kBlockCacheEntryStats`. It also sets us up for a possible future where cache reservations are configured according to `CacheEntryRole`s rather than flags coupled to roles. Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/pull/9838 Test Plan: - migrated test DBBlockCacheTest.CacheEntryRoleStats to use this API.
