Summary:
Fixed xfunc related compile errors in ROCKSDB_LITE

Now make OPT=-DROCKSDB_LITE shared_lib -j32 would work

Test Plan:
make clean
make OPT=-DROCKSDB_LITE shared_lib -j32
make clean
make OPT=-DROCKSDB_LITE static_lib -j32
