Summary: TSAN reports a false alarm for lock-order-inversion in DBWriteTest.IOErrorOnWALWritePropagateToWriteThreadFollower but Open and FlushWAL are not run concurrently. Suppressing the error by skipping FlushWAL in the test until TSAN is fixed. The alternative would be to use ``` TSAN_OPTIONS="suppressions=tsan-suppressions.txt" ./db_write_test ``` but it does not seem straightforward to integrate it to our test infra.
