sdong e7c24168d8 Move old files to warm tier in FIFO compactions (#8310) ... Summary: Some FIFO users want to keep the data for longer, but the old data is rarely accessed. This feature allows users to configure FIFO compaction so that data older than a threshold is moved to a warm storage tier.
