Summary: Start tracking SST unique id in MANIFEST, which is used to verify with SST properties to make sure the SST file is not overwritten or misplaced. A DB option `try_verify_sst_unique_id` is introduced to enable/disable the verification, if enabled, it opens all SST files during DB-open to read the unique_id from table properties (default is false), so it's recommended to use it with `max_open_files = -1` to pre-open the files.
