This patch adds the implementation of:
getResponsePendingTasks()
getResponseCompletedTasks()
getDroppedMessages()
The implementation is based on the messaging_service API that defined in
messaging_service.json.

The urchin files (Client and Main) where moved to:
com.cloudius.urchin.api and com.cloudius.urchin.main respectively.
