Amnon Heiman 3cb168bed3 MessagingService: Add tasks statistics ...

This patch adds the implementation of:
getResponsePendingTasks()
getResponseCompletedTasks()
getDroppedMessages()

The implementation is based on the messaging_service API that defined in
messaging_service.json.
