scylla-jmx/src/main/java/com/scylladb/jmx/metrics/APIMetrics.java
Amnon Heiman 801af00ddb APIMetrics, APIMetricsRegistry: Return APIMeter and APITimer
Some of the specific functionality is needed from the APIMeter and
APITimer.

The MetricsRegistry now return the specific objects so they can be used
in their adapted form.
