hw/xwin: Fix ARGB cursor conversion on x86_64

Fix erroneous use of unsigned long * for lpBits in winXCursorToHCURSOR() which
leads to ARGB cursors being vertically streched on x86_64 by interleaving blank
rows of pixels.
