Add TRACE() calls where appropriate to try to figure out why we are losing CLIPBOARD at times, after transferring PRIMARY to the NSPasteboard.
Use the new pbproxy_clipboard_to_pasteboard where appropriate.
Convert the puts usage to use DB().
