e7867d1254 include: add XInternalEvent. 
This is the event we want to feed into the EQ and process on the way through.
Only applies for input events for now.

caf1e6a1c9 XKB: Move XKBrules.h to the server too 
Get our own local copy of this, so we don't have to define XKB_IN_SERVER
anymore.

c9eb0e870c Add support for multiple pointer acceleration schemes. #8583 
Available acceleration schemes:
 - xorg classic scheme.
 - the new "Predictable" polynomial accel scheme.

6adeba1730 dix: Add a new "registry" mechanism for registering string names of things. 
Supports protocol requests, events, and errors, and resource names.
Modify XRES extension to use it.
