The only remaining X-functions used in server are XNF*, the rest is converted to
plain alloc/calloc/realloc/free/strdup.
X* functions are still exported from server and x* macros are still defined in
header file, so both ABI and API are not affected by this change.

libSystem on darwin can handle SHA1 computation without needing to pull in
OpenSSL. See CC_crypto(3)

There are small systems which don't need OpenSSL or gcrypt.
Add libsha1 (http://github.com/dottedmag/libsha1) as an alternative
small SHA1 implementation.
