Peter Hutterer 0fb7a5c261 input: Purge Register*Device() functions. ... RegisterPointerDevice() and RegisterKeyboardDevice() were already mapped to RegisterOtherDevice() and obsolete. RegisterOtherDevice() was called for all devices and the two assignments can simply be moved into AddInputDevice().
