Olivier Fourdan 48fccde2bf vidmode: remove redundant check 
The DIX already checks for VidModePrivateKey to get the vfunc, so
checking for this again in the DDX is redundant.

Remove the redundant function xf86VidModeAvailable() from the DDX.
