|FILE_PART_0_MISSING|File part 0 missing|

|INPUT_USER_DEACTIVATED|The specified user was deleted|

Parameters:

* method - messages.sendMedia

POST/GET to `https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/userTOKEN/messages.sendMedia`

Parameters:

peer - Json encoded InputPeer

media - Json encoded InputMedia
