### Errors this method can return:

|CHAT_ID_INVALID|The provided chat id is invalid|
|PEER_ID_INVALID|The provided peer id is invalid|
|CHAT_ADMIN_REQUIRED|You must be an admin in this chat to do this|
### Example:
