### Example:

POST/GET to `https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/botTOKEN/madeline`
Parameters:
* method - updates.getChannelDifference
* params - `{"force": Bool, "channel": InputChannel, "filter": ChannelMessagesFilter, "pts": int, "limit": int, }`
### As a user:
POST/GET to `https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/userTOKEN/updates.getChannelDifference`
Parameters:
force - Json encoded Bool
channel - Json encoded InputChannel
filter - Json encoded ChannelMessagesFilter
pts - Json encoded int
limit - Json encoded int
Or, if you're into Lua:
