|BOT_MISSING|This method can only be run by a bot|
|PACK_SHORT_NAME_INVALID|Short pack name invalid|
|PEER_ID_INVALID|The provided peer id is invalid|
|STICKERS_EMPTY|No sticker provided|
|USER_ID_INVALID|The provided user ID is invalid|
