POST/GET to `https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/botTOKEN/madeline`

Parameters:

* method - auth.signUp

### As a user:

POST/GET to `https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/userTOKEN/auth.signUp`

Parameters:

phone_number - Json encoded string
