Defines a user for further interaction.

### Attributes:

|user\_id|[int](../types/int.md) | Yes|User identifier|
|access\_hash|[long](../types/long.md) | Yes|**access\_hash** value from the [user](../constructors/user.md) constructor|

### Example:

```
