Marks message history within a secret chat as read.

### Parameters:

|peer|[Secret chat ID, Update, EncryptedMessage or InputEncryptedChat](../types/InputEncryptedChat.md) | Secret chat ID | Yes|
|max\_date|[int](../types/int.md) | Maximum date value for received messages in history | Yes|
