Parameters:
* method - invokeAfterMsg

POST/GET to `https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/userTOKEN/invokeAfterMsg`
Parameters:
msg_id - Json encoded long
query - Json encoded !X
Or, if you're into Lua:
