Send typing notification to geochat

### Parameters:

### MadelineProto Example:

}
include 'madeline.php';

$MadelineProto->start();

$Bool = $MadelineProto->geochats->setTyping(['peer' => InputGeoChat, 'typing' => Bool, ]);
