Edit the photo of a normal chat (not supergroup)

### Parameters:

|chat\_id|[Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer](../types/InputPeer.md) | Optional|The ID of the chat|
|photo|[InputChatPhoto](../types/InputChatPhoto.md) | Optional|The new phto|
