Forward message

### Parameters:

### MadelineProto Example:

    copy('https://phar.madelineproto.xyz/madeline.php', 'madeline.php');
}
include 'madeline.php';

$MadelineProto = new \danog\MadelineProto\API('session.madeline');
$MadelineProto->start();

$Updates = $MadelineProto->messages->forwardMessage(['peer' => InputPeer, 'id' => int, ]);

Parameters:

Parameters:

peer - Json encoded InputPeer

id - Json encoded int
