Returns list of archived sticker sets

### Parameters:

|----------|---------------|-------------|----------|
|is\_masks|[Bool](../types/Bool.md) | Pass true to return mask stickers sets, pass false to return ordinary sticker sets | Yes|
|offset\_sticker\_set\_id|[int64](../constructors/int64.md) | Identifier of the sticker set from which return the result | Yes|
|limit|[int](../types/int.md) | Maximum number of sticker sets to return | Yes|
