Get channel/supergroup participants (you should use `$MadelineProto->get_pwr_chat($id)` instead)

### Parameters:

|channel|[Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputChannel](../types/InputChannel.md) | The channel | Optional|
|filter|[ChannelParticipantsFilter](../types/ChannelParticipantsFilter.md) | Member filter | Yes|
|offset|[int](../types/int.md) | Offset | Yes|
|limit|[int](../types/int.md) | Limit | Yes|
|hash|Array of [int](../types/int.md) | IDs of previously fetched participants | Optional|


### Return type: [channels\_ChannelParticipants](../types/channels_ChannelParticipants.md)

|Timeout|A timeout occurred while fetching data from the bot|
