Creates an encrypted chat.

### Attributes:

|access\_hash|[long](../types/long.md) | Yes|Checking sum from constructor [encryptedChat](../constructors/encryptedChat.md), [encryptedChatWaiting](../constructors/encryptedChatWaiting.md) or [encryptedChatRequested](../constructors/encryptedChatRequested.md)|

### Example:
