Allow only certain users

### Attributes:

### Example:

```php
$inputPrivacyValueAllowUsers = ['_' => 'inputPrivacyValueAllowUsers', 'users' => [InputUser, InputUser]];
```  


Or, if you're into Lua:

```lua
inputPrivacyValueAllowUsers={_='inputPrivacyValueAllowUsers', users={InputUser}}

```
