Save a GIF

### Parameters:

    copy('https://phar.madelineproto.xyz/madeline.php', 'madeline.php');
}
include 'madeline.php';

$MadelineProto = new \danog\MadelineProto\API('session.madeline');
$MadelineProto->start();

$Bool = $MadelineProto->messages->saveGif(['id' => InputDocument, 'unsave' => Bool, ]);
