Forward message

### Parameters:

### MadelineProto Example:


```php
if (!file_exists('madeline.php')) {
    copy('https://phar.madelineproto.xyz/madeline.php', 'madeline.php');
}
include 'madeline.php';

$MadelineProto = new \danog\MadelineProto\API('session.madeline');
$MadelineProto->start();

$messages_StatedMessage = $MadelineProto->messages->forwardMessage(['peer' => InputPeer, 'id' => int, ]);
```

Parameters:

* method - messages.forwardMessage

POST/GET to `https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/userTOKEN/messages.forwardMessage`

Parameters:

peer - Json encoded InputPeer

id - Json encoded int
