Fetch only banned participants

### Attributes:

|q|[string](../types/string.md) | Yes|Optional filter for searching banned participants by name (otherwise empty)|

### Example:

```php
$channelParticipantsBanned = ['_' => 'channelParticipantsBanned', 'q' => 'string'];
```  


Or, if you're into Lua:

```lua
channelParticipantsBanned={_='channelParticipantsBanned', q='string'}

```
