Reorder pinned dialogs

### Parameters:

|force|[Bool](../types/Bool.md) | If set, dialogs pinned server-side but not present in the `order` field will be unpinned. | Optional|
|order|Array of [Username, chat ID, Update, Message or InputPeer](../types/InputPeer.md) | New dialog order | Yes|
