Updates online user status.

### Parameters:

|offline|[Bool](../types/Bool.md) | If [(boolTrue)](../constructors/boolTrue.md) is transmitted, user status will change to [(userStatusOffline)](../constructors/userStatusOffline.md). | Yes|
