Returns a list of frequently used chats. Supported only if chat info database is enabled

### Parameters:

|category|[TopChatCategory](../types/TopChatCategory.md) | Category of chats to return | Yes|
|limit|[int](../types/int.md) | Maximum number of chats to be returned, at most 30 | Yes|
