Changes the order of installed sticker sets

### Parameters:

| Name     |    Type       | Description | Required |
|----------|---------------|-------------|----------|
|is\_masks|[Bool](../types/Bool.md) | Pass true to change mask sticker sets order, pass false to change ordinary sticker sets order | Yes|
|sticker\_set\_ids|Array of [int64](../constructors/int64.md) | Identifiers of installed sticker sets in the new right order | Yes|
