Pins a message in a supergroup channel chat. Needs appropriate rights in the channel

### Parameters:

|message\_id|[int53](../types/int53.md) | Identifier of the new pinned message | Yes|
|disable\_notification|[Bool](../types/Bool.md) | True, if there should be no notification about the pinned message | Yes|
