Mark messages as read

### Parameters:

|max\_id|[int](../types/int.md) | Yes|Maximum message id of messages to mark as read|


### Return type: [Vector\_of\_ReceivedNotifyMessage](../types/ReceivedNotifyMessage.md)

### Can bots use this method: **NO**
