ad14818de8 refactor(net apis): remove unnecessary interfaces 
Having interfaces like that is only really useful if you have unit
tests, which we don't.

Other similar compose projects don't make interfaces either.
Not having them is more readable.

This add ".github/workflows/pr-build.yml" to build on every change to the CI Build to check if there's no error when it got modified.

And also remove "fastlane/**" because that's not related to the ReVanced Manager's code
