2d864c5992 App gets ToolBar, gallery app uses it now 
- the Gallery app is now derived from App, so we can test it.
- App now has a toolbar, similar to PageStack.

Toolbar is not yet auto-hidden.

- RoundShadow has to go into private/ subdirectory
- Copy ButtonShadow from desktop components as well, it's needed at

We need this in some components to work around weaknesses in the
standard MouseArea (such as conditional accepting of events).
MouseEventListener basically provides wiretapping for mouse events,
without blocking them, so they are still effective in the underlying

c2a1cf238a Attemt at copy/pasting in LineEdit 
This adds a small toolbar to the focused lineedit with copy and paste
buttons. Selection, TextInput.canPaste, etc are taken into account when
showing.

Works surprisingly well already, but should become a bit less intrusive.
