Parameters:

Errors this method can return:

Error	Description
PHONE_NUMBER_BANNED	The provided phone number is banned from telegram
PHONE_NUMBER_INVALID	The phone number is invalid
PHONE_NUMBER_INVALID	The phone number is invalid

Example:
