Get channel/supergroup participants (you should use $MadelineProto->get_pwr_chat($id)

Parameters:

CHANNEL_INVALID | The provided channel is invalid |

INPUT_CONSTRUCTOR_INVALID | The provided constructor is invalid |
Timeout | A timeout occurred while fetching data from the bot |
