offset	int	Yes	Offset of the entity in UTF-16 code points
length	int	Yes	Length of the entity in UTF-16 code points

Type: MessageEntity

Example:

$messageEntityPre = ['_' => 'messageEntityPre', 'offset' => int, 'length' => int];
