POST/GET to `https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/botTOKEN/madeline`
Parameters:
* method - account.getTmpPassword
* params - `{"password_hash": "bytes", "period": int, }`
### As a user:
POST/GET to `https://api.pwrtelegram.xyz/userTOKEN/account.getTmpPassword`
Parameters:
password_hash - Json encoded bytes
period - Json encoded int
