Get all chats, channels and supergroups

### Parameters:

|except\_ids|Array of [int](../types/int.md) | Do not fetch these chats (MTProto id) | Yes|


### Return type: [messages.Chats](../types/messages.Chats.md)

### Can bots use this method: **NO**
