Returns the list of user photos.

### Parameters:

|offset|[int](../types/int.md) | Number of list elements to be skipped | Yes|
|max\_id|[int](../types/int.md) | Maximum ID of photo to return | Yes|
|limit|[int](../types/int.md) | Number of list elements to be returned | Yes|
